Senior Power Apps Developer

We are seeking a Senior Power Apps Developer who can design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade digital solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership capabilities, governance knowledge, and strong integration experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

This role involves working closely with multiple business and technical stakeholders, driving best practices, and owning end-to-end delivery across complex automation and analytics projects.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Development

• Architect, develop, and deploy complex applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Lead process automation initiatives using Power Automate, integrating internal and external systems.
• Design and implement high-impact Power BI dashboards for executive-level reporting and analytics.

Platform Integration & Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership integrating Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and REST APIs.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Power Platform governance, security, application lifecycle management (ALM), and performance optimization.
• Drive technical design decisions, POCs, and architecture documentation for scalable long-term delivery.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into workable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Team Leadership & Quality Assurance

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews to ensure solution quality, maintainability, and compliance.
• Champion innovation by exploring new Power Platform capabilities, features, connectors, and best-in-class design patterns.

Documentation & Strategy

• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, workflow outlines, and user guides.
• Participate in roadmap planning and digital transformation strategies for mission-critical business initiatives.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
• Strong proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Power Platform, DevOps tools, and release management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Solution Architect) are highly desirable.

💡 Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell scripting, and RPA.
• Familiarity with AI Builder, custom connectors, and enterprise application integration.
• Background in enterprise architecture, data governance, security compliance, and large-scale solution delivery.
• Proven track record of building and delivering high-impact, secure, and scalable apps in enterprise environments.
