Job Description - Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade conversational AI and automation solutions. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure, with a focus on scalable, secure, and well-governed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, aligned with enterprise business use cases
Build advanced Canvas Apps and end-to-end automation using Power Apps and Power Automate
Architect and implement Power Platform solutions with strong governance, security, and performance considerations
Develop and manage data models and integrations using Dataverse, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API
Design and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including lists, libraries, permissions, and integration with Power Platform
Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, and operational efficiency
Build and deploy Azure Functions using PowerShell, supporting scalable backend services
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure solutions using industry best practices
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis
Contribute to solution documentation, technical standards, and best practices
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership where required
Experience :
8+ years of overall IT experience
Significant hands-on experience delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI development
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Advanced knowledge of Canvas App development and automation workflows
Solid experience with SharePoint Online configuration and integration
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and DevOps tasks
Experience developing Azure Functions using PowerShell
Strong understanding of Dataverse, REST APIs, and Graph API E
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and release management
