Description
The Senior Premier Acquisition Manager – Business Banking is responsible for acquiring and managing high-value business banking customers, enhancing the deposit base, and driving cross-sell opportunities. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall profitability and performance of the branch.

Responsibilities
Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of business banking customer relationships.
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery across all branch touchpoints.
Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings.
Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement.
Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
Manage productivity, performance, and morale of the branch team.
Take full ownership of the branch’s break-even and P&L performance.
Liaise with product, marketing, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
