Senior Principal Project Delivery Consultant

Pegasystems is seeking Client Success Journey Designers who partner with executives and product/delivery teams to design and realize measurable client outcomes. You will blend strategy, service design, strong negotiation, and storytelling to align stakeholders, shape outcome-led roadmaps, and guide squads from vision to value—ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and sustained impact.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Deliver engagements to agreed client scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assisting clients to achieve the expected ROI.


• Translate strategy into action with MVP definitions, outcome-based road maps, and prioritized backlogs tied to OKRs/KPIs.


• Negotiate scope and priorities to protect outcomes while managing constraints; facilitate governance and issue resolution with senior stakeholders.


• Tell the story of value through executive-ready narratives, data-driven visuals, and compelling demonstrations that accelerate decisions and adoption.


• Coach teams on journey-centric delivery and help mature practices, templates, and playbooks that scale success across accounts.


• Identify growth opportunities through realized outcomes, adoption signals, and stakeholder advocacy; contribute to proposals and SoWs.


• Drive account hygiene (timely and accurate contractual documentation, Project Status Reports (PSRs), Engagement Status Updates (ESUs), forecasts, and A/R collections)


• Step up to play Scrum Master or a Pega Business Architect role as required


• Advise on Pegasystems’ delivery methodology and how this can be harmonized with a client’s methodology; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to delivery.


• Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts to support client time zones. Typical Asia-Pacific projects work timings are from 7 AM - 4 PM and North America/Europe projects from 1 PM - 10 PM

You are a Designer for Customer Success—a confident facilitator, negotiator, and storyteller who can move seamlessly from the whiteboard to the boardroom. You make ambiguity actionable, connect ideas to outcomes, and inspire teams and executives alike. You balance creativity with pragmatism—and never lose sight of measurable value. You thrive on co‑creating client success journeys, blending design thinking with business acumen to deliver outcomes that matter.

What You've Accomplished:

• 12-15 years in consulting/technology/ GTM with 4+ years leading cross-functional engagements and/or product/program work; proven track record designing client journeys, conflict resolution, stakeholder mediation and landing measurable business outcomes.


• Experience in managing resources in Matrix or non-direct reporting structures


• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and legacy modernization approaches


• Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships at multiple organizational levels.


• Executive-caliber written communication; storytelling; ability to simplify complex concepts into crisp narratives. Practical Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban); skilled in discovery-to-delivery orchestration and backlog management.


• Certifications (nice to have): PMP(preferred), PSM/CSM, PRINCE2, SAFe POPM/Lean Portfolio, Service Design (e.g., SDN)

Travel Requirements:

• 25% domestic Travel – periodic travel for co-design workshops, executive playbacks, and key launches (may vary by client phase).
