We’re building population-scale insurance distribution infrastructure. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can stitch together pixels, prompts, personas, and protocols to deliver trust at scale.

You’ll design for the real world—in cross-functional teams, across languages, devices, tech stacks, and user types from Tier 1 to Tier 3.

This is not for the Dribbble-behinds-the-paywall crowd.
This is for someone who wants to design something that works in Bhopal and Bikaner, not just in Bangalore.

 Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Own end-to-end design for large product surfaces—mobile, web, and AI-powered touchpoints across buyer, agent, and platform experiences.
  

• Co-create product vision with PMs, engineers, data, and business teams. Ship with confidence, not ego.
  

• Define user journeys that blend traditional UIs with AI-driven interfaces—think conversational-first flows, auto-generated visuals, and voice interactions.
  

• Craft experiences that are accessible, vernacular-ready, and intuitive enough for your uncle in Kanpur to use without asking for help.
  

• Bring clarity to chaos. Make complexity feel simple.
  

• Design for scale—iterate fast, validate often, and prioritize systems over screens.
  

• Use user research, field insights, and first-principles thinking to solve problems.
  

• Build and evolve design systems that don’t break when we scale to 10x states and 100x agents.

Requirements

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products that have shipped and scaled.
  

• You’ve shipped real products (bonus if in insuretech, fintech, or healthtech) that scale beyond metro users.
  

• Strong grasp of user behavior, systems thinking, and design that drives adoption.
  

• Fluency with design tools—you know how (and when) to use the right tool to bring ideas to life, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Comfortable with prototyping, motion, and testing across platforms to tell compelling design stories.
  

• Deep curiosity and hands-on knowledge of:
  

• Conversational interfaces (chatbots, agent UIs, hybrid flows)
  

• Voice-first UX
  

• Multilingual/multimodal design principles
  

• Obsessed with clarity, hierarchy, accessibility, and those edge cases others miss.
  

• You speak design fluently—and communicate just as well with devs, PMs, and field ops.
  

• A portfolio that shows real-world problem-solving, not just mockups.
  

Bonus Points (Nice to Have, But Damn Cool)

• You’ve designed for Tier 2/3 markets, rural users, or multilingual Indian audiences.
  

• You’ve used AI tools to explore or accelerate visual concepts.
  

• You understand what human-AI collaboration actually looks like—not just the theory, but applied in product.
  

• You’ve worked on interfaces that dynamically change based on AI outputs or predictions.
  

• You think in frameworks, not just features—and love debugging user flows as much as pushing pixels.
