RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Design Leadership

• Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and user needs.

User-Centric Design Expertise

• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products that exceed user expectations.

• Anticipate global user needs, particularly in international markets and cross-border financial services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life.

• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.

Design Systems and Standards

• Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Problem Solving at Scale

• Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches, delivering impactful solutions quickly and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting and Chartered Accountant

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, experience; Startup is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL

• Soft Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with outstanding multitasking and organizational skills
