Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Engineer to join a fast-paced product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise with Java technologies, hands-on experience in cloud-native application development, and a passion for building scalable and high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  

• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
  

• Develop cloud-native applications and services deployed on AWS.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for application development and optimization.
  

• Implement containerization using Docker and related technologies.
  

• Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning and execution.
  

• Maintain code quality through version control, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application components.
  

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
  

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
  

• Hands-on experience in Kafka​
  

• Hands-on experience in REST API development.
  

• Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
  

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  

• Exposure to AWS Cloud services.
  

• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
  

• Experience with Git and version control systems.
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL databases.
  

• Exposure to Application Servers, Message Brokers, and Caching technologies.
  

• Experience developing cloud-based SaaS products.
  

• Knowledge of healthcare technology platforms is an added advantage.
  

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
