About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product areas across consumer experiences at Scapia. Depending on business priorities and your strengths, you could work across areas such as:
Travel experiences
Credit card & payments
UPI & commerce
Rewards & loyalty
Growth & engagement
AI-led customer experiences
New business verticals and 0→1 initiatives
You will work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to define strategy, execute rapidly, and drive measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Ownership
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key business areas.
Identify customer pain points and opportunities through data, research, and market understanding.
Drive product initiatives from concept to launch and scale.
Product Execution
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality products with speed.
Write clear product requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize effectively.
Balance customer experience, business goals, operational feasibility, and technical constraints.
Customer Experience & Growth
Build delightful and intuitive customer experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Drive engagement, retention, monetization, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Run experiments and iterate quickly based on learnings and insights.
Data & Decision Making
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to make informed product decisions.
Define and track product KPIs and continuously optimize product performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with stakeholders across engineering, business, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing.
Align teams around product priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
AI & Innovation
Explore AI-driven opportunities to improve personalization, automation, support, discovery, and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of product management experience in consumer internet, fintech, commerce, travel, or high-growth startups.
Strong product thinking with the ability to balance customer needs, business impact, and execution complexity.
Proven track record of shipping and scaling customer-facing products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, strong bias for action, and attention to detail.
Good to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, travel, commerce, or consumer products.
Exposure to 0→1 product building or scaling fast-growing products.
Familiarity with AI-powered consumer experiences.
Experience working in startup environments with fast execution cycles.
