Yubi Markets is a one stop platform for all wealth products & partners, Yubi Markets, an organization dedicated to the cause of wealth managers & financial advisors in India.At Yubi Markets, we understand that clients expect a one -stop shop experience when it comes to financial products (NCDs, FDs, PMS, Mutual funds etc). We have therefore designed our platform likewise enabling partners and investors to manage needs from a single place. Yubi Group through its subsidiary Aspero specializes in high -rated, short -term non -convertible debentures (NCDs) across the credit rating scale. Aspero offerings yield between 8% to 15%, providing returns that outpace traditional investments like fixed deposits and mutual funds.In the last 4 years of our existence, we have earned the trust & support of the wealth ecosystem. Our goal is to democratize access to high quality financial products to consumers in India through technology & enabling access to investors across categories.

• This particular role is within our Yubi Market vertical, and you would get to work on building our bonds platform, called Aspero, for retail users. 
  
• Be able to operate in ambiguous situations and define clear objectives by breaking down the narratives independently.
  
• Work closely with business, research, data and engineering teams to understand the user goals, market dynamics and ship products. 
  
• Aligning product strategy, proposition and roadmap with measurable metrics with all stakeholders.
  
• Drive PRDs, product planning, and product design of new features and enhancements.
  
• Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• 5 -10 years of Product Manager experience with a background in working on technical products. 
  
• Think long term strategy and define roadmap for product execution. 
  
• User -centric and systems driven product thinking.
  
• Ability to align cross teams, with a track record of building complex products.
  
• Prior experience on scaling a B2C product is good to have.
