Job Description - Senior Product Specialist, Private Equity

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of overall experience working and minimum 2+ year experience in products management

• Basic knowledge of Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting requirements for alternative investment industry

• Knowledge of common Hedge fund structures such as Master -Feeder, Private Equity, Fund of Funds,
Committed Capital structure and Side Pockets will be preferable

• Familiarity with various Management and Performance Fee structures and calculation methods will be a plus

• Good understanding of post trade life cycle in asset management space and understanding of various types of
reconciliations such as Trade, Position, Cash , Swaps etc. will be an added advantage

• An outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high -tech software development
environment

• Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently

• A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity and execution prowess
