We are looking for an experienced, student-focused Senior Program Counselor to support postgraduate program admissions. This role involves guiding prospective students through the entire admissions journey while delivering a high-quality counselling experience aligned with academic excellence and career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Enrolment

• Counsel prospective postgraduate applicants through calls, virtual sessions, and in-person interactions.
• Understand student goals and recommend the most suitable academic programs.
• Clearly communicate program structure, curriculum, faculty expertise, fees, scholarships, and career prospects.
• Drive application completion and achieve enrolment targets through consultative counselling.

Admissions Process Management

• Manage the full admissions lifecycle from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for documentation, payments, and application milestones.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and admissions systems.

Stakeholder & Student Coordination

• Collaborate with academic, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and onboarding.
• Support student orientation and transition into programs.
• Address queries from applicants and parents with professionalism and clarity.
