We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise data transformation programs across multiple projects, clients, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will drive end -to -end program execution, align business and technology objectives, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of large -scale initiatives involving Data Management, Cloud, AI, and Analytics.
The Program Manager will oversee multiple project managers and cross -functional teams while ensuring delivery excellence, governance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Own and manage multiple strategic programs comprising several concurrent projects.
Provide overall program governance, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and organizational priorities.
Lead large -scale enterprise initiatives involving Master Data Management (MDM), Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Migration, and Analytics.
Establish program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, governance frameworks, and executive reporting.
Manage relationships with executive stakeholders, business sponsors, and client leadership teams.
Drive program planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and change control.
Oversee project managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor program financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, utilization, profitability, and resource planning.
Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Architects, Practice Leaders, and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews.
Support pre -sales activities including solution reviews, effort estimation, proposal development, RFP responses, and customer presentations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, delivery optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
Mentor project managers and emerging delivery leaders across the organization.
12–18 years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years managing enterprise programs and large -scale client engagements.
Proven experience managing multi -million -dollar programs involving multiple projects and distributed delivery teams.
Strong background in Data Management, Cloud Transformation, Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, Data Governance, or Analytics programs.
Experience delivering enterprise solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to engage C -level executives and business leaders.
Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, risk management, budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple geographies.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict -resolution skills.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
PMP, PgMP, PMI -ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
Experience with Informatica IDMC/IICS (CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS), Informatica MDM, or PC -to -IDMC migration programs.
Experience delivering programs involving Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or modern data platforms.
Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Data Governance, and Cloud Modernization initiatives.
Experience in global delivery models and offshore -onshore program management.
Strong pre -sales, customer consulting, and account growth experience.
Experience managing strategic accounts and driving customer success initiatives.
Lead high -impact enterprise transformation programs for Fortune 500 customers.
