Senior Program Manager Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Job Description - Senior Program Manager Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Company Overview

IBS Software is
a leading AI-native product company in the travel technology sector, delivering
intelligent, mission-critical solutions across aviation, cargo & logistics,
and leisure & hospitality. Powering core commercial and operational capabilities
for leading travel brands worldwide, its portfolio spans airline retailing,
passenger services, loyalty, fleet and crew operations, hub operations, MRO,
and air and ocean cargo management, alongside cloud-native platforms for hotel
and cruise line operators. IBS Software operates from 16 offices across the
world.

About the CPO Organization

The CPO
Organization is the engine of IBS Software's product strategy and portfolio
evolution. It owns the end-to-end product lifecycle across all verticals and
drives alignment between product roadmaps, engineering execution, customer
commitments, and corporate strategy. The CPO Office operates at the
intersection of vision and delivery, and increasingly demands rigorous program
management discipline, executive-grade reporting, and portfolio-wide governance
to sustain IBS's growth trajectory as a global SaaS leader.

About the Position

We are looking
for a high-calibre Senior Program Manager to serve as the operating backbone of
the CPO Organization. This is a strategic, high-visibility role that sits at
the heart of how the CPO office plans, executes, communicates, and governs the
IBS product portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep program management
expertise combined with sharp business acumen, executive communication skills,
and a proven track record of driving portfolio-wide initiatives in a complex,
multi-product SaaS environment.

This individual
will be a trusted partner to the CPO and senior product leadership, ensuring
that the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time —
and that strategic decisions are translated into coherent, trackable execution
across the portfolio. The role requires comfort operating at both C-suite level
and deep within the execution layer.

Requirements

1. Portfolio Program Management

·        Establish and run the CPO Organization's program management
operating model — governance cadences, RACI frameworks, and portfolio-level
decision processes.

·        Maintain a consolidated view of all active product programs,
strategic initiatives, and cross-vertical dependencies across Aviation,
Hospitality, and Tours & Cruise.

·        Drive structured planning cycles (annual, semi-annual,
quarterly) including OKR definition, capacity alignment, and milestone
sequencing for the entire product portfolio.

·        Identify and proactively manage cross-product risks, blockers,
and inter-program dependencies; escalate and resolve issues with appropriate
urgency.

·        Own the CPO-level program calendar, ensuring alignment between
product planning, engineering sprints, customer commitments, and corporate
strategic events.

·        Champion program management maturity across CPO org — define
standards, templates, and tooling for consistent execution tracking.

2. Executive Reporting, Dashboarding & MBRs

·        Design, build, and maintain executive-grade dashboards providing
real-time visibility into portfolio health, product KPIs, milestone
achievement, and strategic initiative status.

·        Own the end-to-end Monthly Business Review (MBR) processes for
the CPO Organization — from data collection and synthesis through to narrative
construction and executive facilitation.

·        Produce high-quality CPO-level management packs, board-ready
materials, and investor-facing product updates, translating complex program
data into clear executive narratives.

·        Partner with Business Finance and Corporate Strategy to align
product reporting with P&L ownership, investment allocation, and portfolio
ROI tracking.

·        Develop and manage OKR tracking frameworks, ensuring quarterly
performance reviews are data-driven, transparent, and actionable.

·        Develop automated dashboards and reporting pipelines that reduce
manual overhead and provide real-time portfolio intelligence to leadership.

3. Executive Stakeholder Engagement

·        Serve as the primary program management interface for the CPO,
preparing, facilitating, and following up on all strategic forums, executive
reviews, and leadership off-sites.

·        Engage confidently and credibly with C-suite stakeholders (CTO,
CCO, CFO, , HoE, CEO) on behalf of the CPO office.

Mandatory Requirements

·        Experience: 12+ years of program or portfolio
management experience in a product-led, SaaS, or enterprise software
organization, with at least 4 years operating at senior/strategic level.

·        Executive Presence: Demonstrated experience working
directly with and presenting to C-suite executives; ability to navigate complex
stakeholder landscapes with gravitas, clarity, and confidence.

·        Portfolio Management: Proven track record of managing
cross-functional, multi-product portfolios at scale — driving governance,
prioritisation, and delivery accountability simultaneously.

·        MBR/QBR Leadership: Hands-on experience owning and
running Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews at executive level, including
data synthesis, narrative development, and facilitation.

·        Dashboarding & Analytics: Strong proficiency in executive
dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent); ability to
translate raw data into decision-ready insights.

·        Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills; able to synthesise complex product and delivery
information into crisp, compelling executive-level narratives.

·        Cross-functional Leadership: Strong ability to lead without
direct authority across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and
Customer-facing functions.

·        SaaS Business Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS
business models, product-led growth, R&D investment dynamics, and
enterprise software delivery economics.

Desirable Skills

·        Experience in a CPO Office, Office of Strategy Management, or
equivalent C-suite program management function.

·        Familiarity with AI/ML product development cycles and data
product governance.

·        Experience managing offshore/globally distributed product
organizations, particularly with Indian engineering and product teams.

·        Experience with board-level and investor-level product
reporting.

·        Proficiency in project automation, AI-assisted scheduling, or
intelligent PM tooling.
