Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a SAFe Certified Project Manager who brings a strong foundation in agile project delivery, especially within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in both dynamic development environments and stable post-production/maintenance phases. You will lead ongoing project delivery while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, seamless communication, and collaborative team engagement. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- Lead end-to-end project delivery using SAFe methodology, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices. Manage both the development phase and post-production phase including maintenance and enhancements. Be the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and proactive communication on timelines, risks, issues, and delivery status. Drive project planning, resource allocation, and sprint execution in coordination with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams. Manage day-to-day project activities, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster a positive team culture and ensure seamless client interactions. Track project KPIs such as velocity, burn-down charts, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, and proactively address risks and blockers. Support Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations and ensure continuity of service delivery post go-live. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, knowledge sharing, and organizational best practices. Required Qualifications: ------------------------------------- SAFe Certification (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or similar) is mandatory. 8+ years of experience in project management, including managing Agile/Scrum teams. Proven ability to manage post-production support, including enhancements, incident handling, and change management. Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint delivery processes. Experience managing cross-functional distributed teams. Adept at using tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Soft Skills: ------------------ Team player who builds rapport quickly with both internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently without close supervision. Energetic and empathetic communicator who can adjust communication style for technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
