This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in India.
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects within a dynamic and structured international environment. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing end-to-end project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. The position requires strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure smooth delivery of interconnected initiatives. You will play a key role in managing risks, resolving execution challenges, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. With responsibility for monitoring cost, resources, and scheduling, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. This is a leadership-oriented role where your ability to influence, structure, and drive execution directly impacts overall business performance.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, structuring, and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Organize project teams, define responsibilities, and manage resource allocation across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress, costs, and staffing levels
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to internal quality standards and external regulations
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges, implementing timely mitigation actions
- Coordinate and integrate vendor activities into overall project plans and track deliverables
- Manage multiple interrelated projects, including transformation and cross-functional initiatives
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in project or program management roles
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional, or multi-project environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate stakeholders across different business functions
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing vendor deliverables and integrated project plans is an advantage
