Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager  who can drive execution across multiple product lines while bringing structure and clarity to a growing organization. This role requires someone who can balance speed with process, enabling teams to deliver consistently as complexity increases.

Key Responsibilities

  Own end-to-end delivery across multiple products and cross-functional teams

  Establish and evolve scalable project management frameworks and best practices

  Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across parallel workstreams

  Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on delivery goals and timelines

  Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and drive resolution proactively

  Implement tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting for delivery visibility

  
  


• 
  

  Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth coordination

  Enable high-quality execution while maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment

  Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders at all levels

  Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
  
  

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience in SaaS / Telecom / B2B technology environments

  Prior exposure to scaling teams or products in a high-growth setup

  PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (nice to have)
