Our client is a leading video-sharing platform, and they continue to pave the way for innovation in the ever-evolving industry. As part of an in-house APAC creative team, you’ll be building creative that drives purpose and impact across their audiences and pushing the envelope of creative marketing for the brand.

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will primarily be driving strategy and planning and executing campaigns. You understand creative development and have the analytical capability to plan, structure and prioritise initiatives to get results. 

A champion for innovation focused on relationship building and a willingness to develop best practices in the region, this role will see you coordinate across multiple markets and teams to contribute to the team's success in achieving goals and enhancing processes. 

Role:

• Drive the strategy, planning and execution of campaigns and run point as lead for campaign management and execution.
• Working with creatives and planners in tandem, build briefs and work that responds to the business needs.
• Work closely with the APAC lead and Creative Lead to define strategies for multiple projects across multiple markets.
• Build relationships and trust across functional partners and mentorship within teams, keeping projects moving and teams motivated.
• Gatekeeper of brand equity and quality of work.
• Identify gaps in teams, strategy and general account management and make recommendations for improvements.
• Understand the business at a granular level, provide timely recommendations on changing and adapting to business needs, and cascade the information down to project teams. 
• Embrace thought leadership and be the go-to person for the latest industry trends, digital trends, and best practices. 

You: 

• 8+ years of relevant account management. experience at creative agencies or in-house 
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience in a relevant field 
• Organised and accountable with foundational solid experience working in a creative marketing space with the ability to handle projects of various types and scales. Well-versed in common marketing and media principles with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, managing expectations and points of view and bringing this together in an active plan. Can navigate through ambiguity and changes, and have proven strength in guiding stakeholders.
• Have a high sense of ownership, deliver high quality work and are curious about the impact of the team’s work on the business. Proactive work ethic, with equal ability to think analytically, creatively and conceptually.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
