Senior Project Manager Construction

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with regulatory standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
  

• Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost controls, and progress reports.
  

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
  

• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  

• Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement and tendering processes.
  

• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements, including RERA and local municipal approvals.
  

• Mentor junior project managers and site teams to support professional growth and project efficiency.
