Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Public Relations Manager to lead PR strategies, foster strong media relationships, and oversee a team of PR professionals across diverse verticals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with client goals and brand messaging.
    • Lead client communication, providing strategic counsel, media training, and reputation management advice.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
    • Oversee press releases, bylines, pitches, media kits, and other PR content to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Manage PR campaigns end-to-end—from ideation to execution and reporting.
    • Monitor media coverage and PR performance, generating insights and ROI-driven reports for clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (social, creative, strategy) to ensure cohesive integrated campaigns.
    • Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members, driving productivity and professional growth.
    • Identify proactive media opportunities, award submissions, and speaking engagements for clients.
    • Stay up to date with PR trends, digital PR tools, and the evolving media and influencer landscape.

Requirements:

    • 7-9 minimum proven experience in public relations, preferably in an agency environment.
    • Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and PR campaigns across industries.
    • Strong media network across traditional and digital platforms, with demonstrated success in media placements.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
    • Strategic mindset with a creative and results-driven approach.
    • Crisis communication and reputation management experience is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
