Senior QA Automation Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation
Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to lead and drive automation initiatives
across web and mobile platforms. The candidate should have strong expertise in
Selenium, Appium, and Playwright with the ability to design scalable automation
frameworks and mentor team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Design, architect, and maintain
scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, and Playwright.

·         Lead automation strategy for
web and mobile applications.

·         Review and optimize existing
test automation scripts for performance and maintainability.

·         Mentor and guide junior QA
automation engineers.

·         Integrate automation suites
with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

·         Work closely with DevOps teams
to enable parallel and cross -browser test execution.

·         Drive test coverage
improvements and ensure high -quality deliverables.

·         Perform root cause analysis for
production issues and recommend preventive measures.

·         Participate in release planning
and provide automation status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

·         5–7 years of QA experience with
strong automation expertise.

·         Advanced hands -on experience in
Selenium WebDriver (Java preferred).

·         Strong experience in Playwright
(JavaScript/TypeScript).

·         Extensive experience in Appium
for mobile automation (iOS & Android).

·         Experience in designing
hybrid/BBD frameworks (Cucumber/TestNG/JUnit).

·         Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools
and test orchestration.

·         Experience with API automation
and performance considerations.

·         Strong debugging, analytical,
and leadership skills.

·         Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.
