Senior QA Engineer

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressively complex experience in software engineering or related fields.

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in QA with strong expertise in Selenium/Playwright automation and functional testing.

· Proficiency in Java, Python for automation scripting.

· Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, Insomnia).

· Strong knowledge of test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, PyTest).

· Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with SQL/No Sql databases.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.

· Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Perform functional and automated testing for legacy and web -based applications to ensure

reliability and accuracy.

· Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Selenium or similar tools for web

and API layers.

· Validate business workflows and system integrations through comprehensive test coverage.

· Collaborate with developers, QA peers, and product teams to align testing efforts with project

goals.

· Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with development teams for timely

resolution.

· Prepare and maintain test plans, execution reports, and documentation for stakeholders.

· Stay informed about emerging tools and best practices to enhance testing efficiency.

· Adapt between automation and functional testing based on project needs, ensuring flexibility

and thorough coverage
