Senior QA Engineer

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and QA strategies for both manual and automated testing within Agile projects.
  
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to align QA efforts with project goals.
  
• Execute end‑to‑end testing strategies with a strong focus on system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, specifically for e‑commerce workflows.
  
• Build and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Jest, Cypress, and Selenium.
  
• Conduct API and integration testing using Postman and similar frameworks to ensure seamless interoperability.
  
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Monitor and continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and QA best practices.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in QA for e‑commerce applications or similar domains.
  
• Strong experience in testing web portals and backend APIs.
  
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, and Selenium.
  
• Experience scripting tests using TypeScript.
  
• Strong hands‑on experience with API testing and integration workflows using Postman or equivalent tools.
  
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Ability to design and execute test cases for React.js and Node.js applications.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated test workflows.
  
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with technical and business teams.
