? Senior QA Engineer – ERP / Zoho Ecosystem

About the role
We are building and scaling an ERP platform on the Zoho ecosystem, and we need a Senior QA Engineer who takes genuine ownership of quality — not just executing test cases, but setting the bar for how we release software.
You will be our first dedicated QA hire, working alongside a QA consultant who is helping us establish baseline processes. Your job is to take that foundation, make it yours, and own it.
What you will do
• Establish and continuously improve structured QA processes and testing standards
• Own end -to -end testing of ERP modules (vendor management, inventory, purchase orders, sales, CRM integrations)
• Design test scenarios and test cases from business requirements
• Execute manual and functional testing across every sprint (we ship weekly)
• Perform regression testing and validate fixes before every release
• Identify and document defects clearly, track them through to resolution
• Contribute to non -functional testing: performance, UI/compatibility, usability, security basics
• Work closely with developers and the product team throughout the sprint cycle
• Introduce and maintain test case management and defect tracking workflows
• Advocate for quality at every stage — from sprint planning to release sign -off

Requirements
What we are looking for
â 4–6 years of experience in software testing
â Strong hands -on manual and functional testing skills
â Experience testing ERP, CRM, or complex business applications
â Ability to design test cases independently from requirements
â Exposure to non -functional testing (UI, compatibility, performance)
â Ownership mindset — you treat product quality as your personal responsibility
â Clear communicator who can flag risks early and work with cross -functional teams
Preference :
• Experience with the Zoho ecosystem or Zoho QEngine
• Hands -on exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams with weekly release cycles
