Job Description - Senior QA Tester

What you bring to the table

Proven experience in QA for both frontend and backend applications in a cloud environment (GCP and Azure).

Strong knowledge of databases, microservices, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, webhook integrations, message queues, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Expertise in designing and executing automated and manual tests, including functional, regression, performance, and negative testing.

Solid understanding of software development and testing lifecycle (SDLC/STLC).

Ability to analyze complex systems, identify risks, and provide actionable feedback.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.

Self -motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environmen

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of QA experience in enterprise -level software applications.

Hands -on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).

Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL) and tools like Postman or ReadyAPI.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud -native testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with test data management, monitoring, and observability tools.

Knowledge of security and compliance testing standards.
