We are looking for a Quality Auditor for our Outbound Sales Process. The Quality Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that our outbound sales process is efficient, effective and complies with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate must have experience working in a quality assurance role and ideally within an outbound sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate outbound sales calls for compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to improve quality and compliance
- Provide regular feedback to sales team members on their performance and suggest areas for improvement
- Conduct reviews of sales training materials and provide suggestions for updating and improving them
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and customer service
- Regularly report to management with key quality, compliance, and performance metrics and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Quality Auditor in a sales or customer service environment
- Experience with outbound call center processes
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to outbound sales and customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred candidate profile
Should have prior experience in outbound sales and customer service as QA
