Senior Quality Engineer

Your role

As our Senior Engineer – Quality Assurance, your core mission is to ensure product excellence across the entire lifecycle of compressed air treatment systems and gas generation products. You will drive quality strategy, establish robust quality systems, and ensure compliance with national and international standards. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to embed a culture of zero-defect quality and continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

• Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001, ISO 13485 internal audits, and documentation practices.


• Experience in tools like FMEA, PFMEA,SPC, MSA, 8D, CAPA, Control Plan, statistical process control.


• Working knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, material inspection techniques, and testing methods.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership.


• Strong Knowledge in process of powder coating, Heat treatment, Machining, Casting.


• Exposure in Supplier Audits and Achieving Supplier “Zero defect Approach”

1. This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Coimbatore, India (IN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
2. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Coimbatore, India (IN).
