Job Description - Senior Quantity Surveyor

Prepare and maintain Master Quantity Take -Off (QTO) for the project

Review and track Daily Labour Report (DLR) and Daily Progress Report (DPR)

Prepare and process labour bills for the project

Perform labour bill reconciliation and verify accuracy

Handle material reconciliation and track consumption

Maintain and update labour advance reports

Prepare labour payment reports

Generate and maintain MIS reports, including:

S1–S11 reports
Monthly milestone reports
Invoice projections
Progress photos
Quality tracking points

Coordinate with site team, accounts, and project managers for data accuracy

Requirements

Strong knowledge of quantity take -off and billing processes

Good understanding of construction costing and reconciliation

Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)

Attention to detail and analytical skills

Good coordination and reporting skills

Years of experience - 8 Years

Qualification - B.E Civil
