Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across IT and Non-IT domains: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job specifications.
Use advanced sourcing techniques including boolean searches, social media recruitment, and employee referrals.
Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns, helping improve sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.) to ensure efficient hiring processes.
Provide market intelligence and advise on talent availability and hiring trends.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Proficiency with recruitment tools like Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, Naukri, or other ATS/CRMs.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work independently.
Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members.
