About
the Role

2COMS
is looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Recruiter to support
strategic hiring requirements for Client's across multiple business verticals.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing end -to -end recruitment activities for
Contract -to -Hire (C2H) positions
, handling high -volume as well
as niche requirements across IT, ITES, Finance, HR, Analytics, and other
specialized domains.

This
is a target -driven role that requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing
expertise, and the ability to work in a fast -paced environment.


Key
Responsibilities

End -to -End
Recruitment Management

  • Manage the complete
    recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

  • Understand hiring
    requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

  • Drive recruitment for C2H
    mandates across multiple domains and experience levels.

  • Ensure timely closure of
    positions while maintaining quality benchmarks.

Sourcing
& Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through
    various channels including:

    • Naukri
    • LinkedIn
    • Internal databases
    • Employee referrals
    • Social media platforms
    • Networking and market
      mapping

  • Build and maintain a strong
    talent pipeline for recurring and niche requirements.

  • Conduct proactive
    talent mapping and competitor research.


Domain
Hiring Expertise

Handle
hiring across the following areas:

  • IT Hiring: Developers,
    Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, SAP, Testing, DevOps, ERP,
    etc.

  • ITES Hiring: Customer
    Service, Service Desk, Technical Support, Operations, BPO/KPO.

  • Finance Hiring: R2R, P2P, O2C,
    FP&A, Taxation, Audit, Finance Operations.

  • HR Hiring: Talent
    Acquisition, HRBP, Payroll, Learning & Development, Compensation &
    Benefits.

  • Niche Hiring: Emerging
    technologies, Digital Transformation, Consulting, and specialized
    functional roles.

Screening
& Evaluation

  • Conduct telephonic and
    virtual interviews.

  • Assess candidates on:
    • Technical skills
    • Communication skills
    • Cultural fit
    • Stability and compensation
      expectations

  • Validate documents and
    ensure complete candidate profiling.

Stakeholder
Management

  • Coordinate with hiring
    managers and client stakeholders for requirement understanding and status
    updates.

  • Provide regular recruitment
    MIS and hiring reports.

  • Drive interview scheduling
    and feedback management.

  • Ensure excellent candidate
    and stakeholder experience.

Offer
Management & Onboarding

  • Negotiate compensation and
    joining timelines.

  • Ensure offer acceptance and
    joining commitment.

  • Drive pre -joining
    engagement and reduce dropouts.

  • Coordinate with internal
    teams for seamless onboarding.

Performance
& Compliance

  • Meet individual and team
    hiring targets.

  • Ensure adherence to
    recruitment SLAs and TATs.

  • Maintain data accuracy and
    compliance within ATS and recruitment systems.

  • Continuously improve
    sourcing and hiring processes.

Eligibility
Criteria

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR will be
    preferred.

Experience

  • 4 to 8 years of experience
    in recruitment and staffing.

  • Minimum 2+ years of
    experience in C2H
    hiring
    .

  • Experience of hiring for
    clients like large IT services organizations will be an
    added advantage.
