Job Description - Senior Recruiter / Team Lead

Role: Senior Recruiter/Team Lead

Working Days & Shift: Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm & Saturday 9.30 am to 1.30 pm

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter/Team Lead to oversee and guide our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Assign requisitions and manage workload distribution across the recruitment team.

Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reporting.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.

Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.

Leverage recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards) effectively.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelorâs degree

4+ years of experience in recruitment.

Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Work Experience:

Experience in industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, retail, pharma
