Senior Requirements Engineer

MISSION

Defines the system requirements with Masters support and supports the System Engineer in the elaboration of technical solutions for technical products.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Analyze all the customer requirements and international STD related to the product, with architecture definition goal.


• Define the system requirements for related electronic products according to customer requirements or the engineering strategy of Ficosa assuring Safety and Reliability specs compliance.


• Support the System Engineer in System Requirements traceability with System Architecture.


• Support other departments involved in the project for the traceability with lower level requirements of the V cycle: Hardware, Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Optical, Image Quality.


• Coordinated by System Engineer, provides all SPICE relevant evidences for milestone fulfillment.


• Support System Engineer according with Ficosa Development System (FDS) methodology on System Reviews with all the different technical areas.


• Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.


• Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.


• Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.


• Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.


• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
