Purpose of the Role: Contribute to the research initiatives as a Senior Research Associate. Execute research projects, analyze data, and support evidence-based decision-making within the Research Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute research projects under the guidance of the Head of Research, ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical and qualitative methods, providing valuable insights for women's development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and contribute to the design of research studies.
• Prepare and present research findings through reports, presentations, and other communication channels.
• Stay updated on the latest research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
• Support the development of research proposals, protocols, and data collection instruments.
• Assist in managing relationships with external research partners, academic institutions, and industry experts.
• Participate in the mentorship and training of junior research staff, contributing to the development of the research team.

Knowledge and Competencies:

• Education: Master's degree in a relevant field such as Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in executing research projects and data analysis.
• Functional Competencies: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; Effective communication and collaboration abilities; Continual learning and staying informed about the latest research methodologies and trends
