Sr. Revit Architect / Detailer – 2 positions  

Experience : 8-10 yrs. 

Qualification : A degree in Architecture - B.Arch / M.Arch, Diploma in Architecture / Civil, or equivalent.

Software skills : Revit with BIM & Cad is a must. Knowledge of extracting Bill of Materials (BOM) from BIM model is recommended but not compulsory. Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape will be an added advantage.

General Requirements :  

Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements:  

Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements and MEP systems (as applicable) Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information. Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors.  Create new library components. Responsible as “Model Administrator” for assigned projects. Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation.   Generate work sets and compilation of drawings sheets for permit submissions.   Hardworking, ready to work on extended hours if required.
