This role is focused on driving high-quality customer engagement, solution-based selling, and revenue growth within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored product demonstrations, and ensure strong alignment between customer requirements and platform capabilities. The position requires a consultative sales approach, combining product expertise with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will actively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role operates in a dynamic, target-driven environment where performance, consistency, and customer success are key success factors. Accountabilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution-based presentations
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, outreach, negotiation, and deal closure
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to connect with decision-makers and build strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer requirements and usage patterns
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, to ensure seamless client experience and issue resolution
- Follow established sales processes and contribute to improving sales strategies and best practices
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance product positioning and sales effectiveness
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or IT/software product sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and consultative selling techniques
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain software solutions clearly
- Strong listening skills with a customer-first and solution-oriented approach
- MBA or relevant business qualification is preferred
