About the Role:
Provide technical and sales support for customers and partners.
Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations for existing and potential customers as well as partners.
Responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs in coordination with sales account managers.
Providing detailed/timely customer product feedback and feature requests to product management.
Leading technical discussions at partner workshops, tradeshows, and joint selling opportunities.
Architecting and recommending specific deployment solutions of Trellix products for customers.
Working along with the implementation team and ensuring the implementation is as per the defined scope
Architecting and recommending specific deployment solutions of Trellix products for customers.
Performing technical product training for customers and partners.
Scheduling and conducting introduction of customer to Trellix support team after completing implementations
About you:
12+ Years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISA are highly desirable.
Experience in presales engineering, cybersecurity, or related technical roles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport with partners and internal stakeholders.
Technical proficiency in cybersecurity solutions, network architecture, and cloud technologies.
