Job Description - Senior Sales Estimation Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Estimation Manager to drive sales growth and manage accurate cost estimations. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, preparing competitive quotations, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and experience in sales and estimation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline in the assigned region.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
    • Focus on project sales for Firefighting, Gas Suppression Systems, ELV, and IBMS solutions.
    • Identify opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  2. Estimation & Proposal:
    • Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for projects.
    • Work closely with the design and estimation teams to deliver competitive bids.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (UL, NFPA, BIS) and client specifications.
  3. Market Analysis:
    • Analyze regional market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
    • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and retain existing clients.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with the internal design, project, and execution teams.
    • Ensure seamless handover from sales to the project implementation team.
  5. Achieving Targets:
    • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall regional goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 58 years in sales, estimation, or project-based roles.
    • Relevant experience in Firefighting, Gas Suppression Systems, ELV, or IBMS.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of project-based sales and solution selling.
    • Proficient in cost estimation and bid preparation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with UL, NFPA, BIS standards or similar.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and estimation tools.
  • Established network in the North/West region markets.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
