Job Description - Senior Sales Executive

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 360000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 3.6-4 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 years

Location: Delhi

JobType: full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the hospitality or travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of company offerings to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels including social media.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services.
  • Regularly track and report sales activities, targets, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Negotiate and close deals while addressing client concerns and objections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for product/service improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a sales role within the hospitality or travel sector.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with a passion for sales and client engagement.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree with effective communication and client-handling capabilities.
