Job Description - Senior Sales Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Identify potential customers across hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, industries,facility management companies, and commercial establishments.

Develop and implement sales strategies to generate qualified business opportunities.

Conduct cold calls, tele-calling, email campaigns, and field visits to identify and engageprospective customers.

Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for cleaning equipment andhousekeeping solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Generate enquiries and convert prospects into customers through effective follow-upand relationship management.

Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tender submissions.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales pipelines, and prospect trackingrecords.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

Conduct market surveys to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, andcompetitor activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including housekeeping managers, purchase managers, facility managers, and hotel management teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.

Candidate should be based in Chennai with a good understanding of the local market and business environment.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler / Car driving license and own a motorcycle/scooterfor local business travel and customer visits.

2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, industrial equipmentsales, LAUNDRY & CLEANING MACHINES SALES, facility management solutions,housekeeping products, or related industries.

Prior experience handling customers in hotels, hospitals, industries, and facilitymanagement companies will be an added advantage.
