Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
Set sales targets and goals for the team, and monitor their performance on a regular basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and retailers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand customer base.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our natural stone products.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential customers.
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the sales team, as well as with other departments in the organization.
Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, sales, collection, and supply.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
Effectively communicate client information and insights to the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management within the natural stone industry or a building material industry
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Strong knowledge of the domestic market and customer dynamics in the building materials industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Deep understanding of distributorship and retail programs, and experience in creating and implementing them will be preferred.
