Position – Sr. manager – Sales and Manager
Industry Preferred – Exhibition, Trade Shows, Conferences and Events
The primary focus is: Primarily generating business form Corporate, PSU’s, Govt Sector, Agencies etc.
1. Sustain and grow the usage of the company's services within their account base.
2. Preparing and presenting proposals for Exhibition Stand Design and Fabrication for domestic and international clients
3. Develop new business accounts
4. Support the marketing efforts of the company through attendance at company and industry events and exhibitions.
5. Maintain and expand their industry knowledge so to be relevant and beneficial to our clients and prospects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives.
2. Responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, assessment services and proposals related to our services.
3. Creating new client pool.
4. Collaboration with Exhibition Organizers.
5. Tie up with corporate’s and exhibition organizers and ability to do cross selling with various products like exhibition stand design, conference and dealer meets.
6. Seeks and follow leads to acquire new business.
7. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports/MIS.
8. Work closely with Design Team and Production Team to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts.
9. Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
10. Creating value-based demonstrations, ability to write and direct proposal preparation, experienced in objection handling and negotiating.
Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
1. Most work is performed in a typical office environment 6 days per week.
2. Requires travel within NCR Region 1 to 2 days per week and outside NCR region (whenever required).
3. Maintains positive employee and customer relations and creates an exciting and fun work environment, balanced with professional and ethical standards of excellence.
4. Excellent communication skills are Must.
Standards of Measuring Performance: Revenue growth with emphasis on:
1. Revenue generated from New Business.
2. Customer Satisfaction.
3. Adding values in the system by strategizing new sales techniques. 4. Independently Handling Exhibitions
