Job Description - SENIOR SALES MANAGER (LOANS & FINANCE )

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our loan sales team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive loan origination and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of lending products, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve loan origination targets and revenue goals.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  3. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to sales team members to support their professional development and success.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key referral partners, such as real estate agents, financial advisors, and builders, to generate leads and increase loan volume.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
  8. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

Any Bachelor degree

Must Have experience for 5 years

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.

Deep understanding of lending products, including mortgage loans, personal loans, and business loans.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and referral partners.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must hold appropriate licensing as required by state regulations.
