Business / Sales strategies

1. Facilitate to achieve annual sales target and to ensure a generative, sustained, consistent as well as predictable growth.

2. To explore ways to improve brand visibility and awareness among target audience.

3. To identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share.

    

Operation management

4. Generating business from each URC

5. Ensure Secondary sales

6. Monitoring the sales promoters on a daily basis

7. Ensure implementation of Shop N Shop and Branding in URC

8. Ensuring proper visibility of products and visual Merchandising guidelines

9. Competition mapping and activity

10. Monitoring the Service representative for fast and efficient service after sales

11. Stock correction at URC level to ensure nil dead and Dino Stock.

12. Generating sufficient order from CSD depot

13. Ensuring Despatches of good from CFA to CSD depot.

14. Ensuring smooth completion of market survey for introduction of new items, one to one replacement /price Increase.

Graduate

Experience Requirements

• Hands-on with 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity.

• 2-3 years of working experience in CSD Sales Function

• Excellent market connection and in depth understanding of local consumer market; 

• Ability to handle a f front end staff. 

• Has preferably experience with multi-brands, premium brands or other quality fashion related products;

Mobility/Travel

Extensive travel across the assigned region. 

Computer Skills 

Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Language

Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi and Local Language
