Job Description: Real Estate Specialist - Residential sales
This role is a mid - senior profile to join one of our exciting project and you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth.
The job offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, results-oriented, and have a passion for sales and the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification:
- Assess and qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and timeline.
- and convert them into closures with potential buyers and investors.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct property tours and presentations and address client queries.
3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate with potential buyers and Investors to achieve optimal outcomes
4. Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales transactions.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably from real estate industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT & CRM software.
-Communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu is a must.
