DLUX EQ -IQ is expanding its learning footprint, and we’re hiring aSenior Sales Specialist to lead our student enrolment and corporate account strategies. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with a deep understanding of the skilling and certification landscape across Martech and Digital. This position is open exclusively for the Coimbatore location. No hybrid or work -from -home options are available.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2C and B2B sales for EQ -IQ’s upskilling and certification programs in Martech, AI, and Digital.
Own end -to -end sales funnels: lead acquisition, conversion, follow -up, and pipeline forecasting.
Pitch DLUX programs to corporates, colleges, and digital talent partners.
Mentor junior sales executives and coordinate with marketing to fine -tune campaigns and messaging.
Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver against monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with the Learning & Product team to align offerings with market demand.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in EdTech, IT training, professional upskilling, or consultative sales.
Proven track record of achieving enrolment or B2B sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Tamil; Hindi is a bonus.
Prior experience selling Adobe, Salesforce, or Google learning paths is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and passionate about lifelong learning.
