Experience & Skillset:
A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and have 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
Strong experience in Salesforce development - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Strong experience on Salesforce platform and integrations with other systems
Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components development
Proven experience in demonstrating technical direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions.
Lead the team to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation.
Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the technical solutions.
Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes
Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
Communicate with project manager, architect, and other developers to design cohesive development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements.
Implement Salesforce platform best practices.
Create technical design from Functional design/Requirement.
Able to troubleshoot with debugging skill and perform configuration, customization, and deployment.
Experience working with SFDX and deployment Tools.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and setting up various code quality checks in the pipelines.
Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams.
Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence.
Highly self-motivated, energetic, and passionate team-oriented individual
Education / Knowledge:
Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college, university or equivalent.
Experience / Skill:
Salesforce.com Certified JavaScript Developer I
Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce.com Certified Application Architect (Nice to have)
Salesforce.com Certified System Architect (Nice to have)
Other Salesforce certifications would be an asset.
