Job Description - Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our client -facing delivery team. In this role, you will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, support integrations, and contribute to technical excellence across projects.

You will work closely with architects, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high -quality CRM solutions while balancing scalability, performance, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Implement business requirements using Salesforce programmatic capabilities
Design and develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC
Customize Salesforce using workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation
Perform peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Support integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs
Collaborate with architects and team leads on technical solutions and designs
Troubleshoot complex technical and integration challenges
Support presales activities during technical discussions
Work closely with cross -functional teams in Agile delivery environments

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
6–10 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development expertise
Strong hands -on experience with: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce customization and automation
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
Knowledge of Salesforce security model and sharing rules
Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
Strong analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results
Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications:
Platform Developer I / II
Platform App Builder
Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices
Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, AWS, or cloud integrations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
