Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement business requirements using Salesforce programmatic capabilities
  
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC
  
• Customize Salesforce using workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation
  
• Perform peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  
• Support integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs
  
• Collaborate with architects and team leads on technical solutions and designs
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical and integration challenges
  
• Support presales activities during technical discussions
  
• Work closely with cross -functional teams in Agile delivery environments
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  
• 6–10 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development expertise
  
• Strong hands -on experience with: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce customization and automation
  
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model and sharing rules
  
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
  
• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results
  
• Fluent English communication skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications:
  Platform Developer I / II
  Platform App Builder
  
• Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices
  
• Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, AWS, or cloud integrations
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
