This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in India.
This role is an opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations within a highly technical and consulting-driven environment. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and system integrations. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and modern API-based architectures. You will contribute to both custom development and platform enhancements, including AppExchange products and CPQ implementations. The environment is remote-first and highly collaborative, with exposure to challenging, large-scale transformation projects. It is ideal for a seasoned Salesforce engineer who enjoys both hands-on development and architectural problem-solving.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements across multiple cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related technologies
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs across multiple systems
- Work across Salesforce clouds including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud as per project needs
- Contribute to CPQ implementations and AppExchange product development initiatives
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design effective technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, support QA cycles, and ensure code quality standards are met
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues to ensure system stability and performance
- Maintain ongoing technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Salesforce developer with strong technical depth in cloud architecture, integrations, and modern front-end and back-end Salesforce development.
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development tools
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Service Cloud and system integrations
- Solid experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud
- Experience with CPQ implementations is highly desirable
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II) are required
