Maintain overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success Daily activities include but not limited to: Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower Update PM on issues/roadblocks in adhering to the timelines for tasks allocated All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc. Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated Minimum 3+ years of related SFDC Experience Cloud needed experience as a cloud consultant Sales or Service Cloud Certification Mandatory- Experience Cloud needed Salesforce
