Senior Salesforce manager

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Manager – Business Automation to provide strategic leadership, platform ownership, and governance across Salesforce and enterprise business systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations, driving Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives, and managing global cross-functional teams. This leadership role focuses on defining Salesforce strategy, overseeing enterprise architecture, ensuring platform governance, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing business automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term Salesforce and Business Automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  


• Serve as the Executive Product Owner for Salesforce across Sales, Finance, Support, and Operations.
  


• Develop and manage Salesforce platform roadmaps, investment plans, and business priorities.
  


• Partner with executive leadership to translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
  


• Provide governance and oversight for Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce initiatives.
  


• Review and approve solution architecture, technical designs, release plans, and deployment strategies.
  


• Oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications including NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ+, Conga CLM, DocuSign, Marketo, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  


• Manage enterprise data governance, security, compliance, migration, and lifecycle management.
  


• Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce Managers, Administrators, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  


• Manage strategic vendor relationships, implementation partners, and system integrators.
  


• Drive continuous improvement, platform optimization, governance, audit readiness, and risk management initiatives.
  


• Identify automation opportunities and implement innovative Salesforce capabilities.
  


• Ensure compliance with enterprise information security policies, data protection standards, and governance frameworks.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  


• 12+ years of enterprise Salesforce platform experience.
  


• 3+ years of people management experience leading global or cross-functional Salesforce teams.
  


• Proven experience managing Lead-to-Cash (L2C) business processes in enterprise environments.
  


• Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Management, Salesforce Architecture, and Business Automation.
  


• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ+, and enterprise finance system integrations using Boomi or MuleSoft.
