Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Cloud Specialist.

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (UK time).

Key responsibilities for this job :

Administrator Related :

- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups.

- Resolve user support tickets.

- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.

- Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.

- Provide end-user support and deliver training to ensure proper system utilisation.

Marketing Cloud Related :

- Design, develop, and implement processes, flows, and automation to optimise marketing operations in order to achieve marketing goals.

- Oversee the administration, configuration, and customisation of Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing the tools of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and drive continuous improvements.

- Own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap, championing the in-platform data strategy and managing new capabilities.

- Work with the Salesforce & Data Marketing Teams to design, review and update automated integrated email journeys within Marketing Cloud.

- Utilize reporting and analytics tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to measure and analyse campaign performance.

- Work with the Salesforce & Data Marketing Teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of email marketing and stewardship through the strategic use of Marketing Cloud software.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to align with the organization's marketing strategy to convert prospects.

- Design and develop Marketing Cloud solutions using the most up to date SFMC tools and technologies.

- Implement and configure Marketing Cloud automation journeys, email campaigns, landing pages, and personalized content.

- Develop and maintain data integrations between Marketing Cloud and other CRM systems, databases, or third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Optimize and improve the performance of marketing campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, and journey optimization.

- Stay up to date with the latest Marketing Cloud releases, features, and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the marketing team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, mastering functionality across Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Advertising Studio.

Knowledge and experience required :

- Marketing Cloud Related.

- 6+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform on a development level.

- Proven experience working on Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce's suite of marketing solutions.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with database management and SQL.

- Advanced knowledge of email marketing, mobile marketing, and customer journey mapping.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with a track record of successful implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.

- Experience in developing product roadmaps and delivering product strategies.

- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders to support their email campaigns.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

Qualification :

- Knowledge of Classic and Lightening.

- Working knowledge of Apex and/or Visual force.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio (CloudPages), Automation Studio and their Activities, Journey Builder, Query Studio and Contact Builder.

- SQL, HTML, in-line css, AMPScript or any scripting language background.

- Photoshop, Figma, Visual studio code also a plus.

- Can create test data extensions for any dynamic content that references multiple data extensions.

- Ability to work independently on any project outside of "daily operational emails" which includes, troubleshooting projects, solving send problems, setting up import automations and Data extensions in SFMC, and creating dynamic templates or scripts for future use.

Administrator Related :

- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.

- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification is a must.

- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

- Proven experience of Salesforce CRM configuration (including the use of workflows, process builder, validation rules, reporting profiles and permissions).
